- Build the fact base for major strategic decisions: Lead discovery, analysis, recommendation to leadership, and implementation of major cross functional strategic decisions (e.g., seat vs. consumption revenue strategy, total addressable market and ROI to decide if we invest in building a new product line)
- Analyze and synthesize the voice of the customer: Stitch together the trove of customer feedback (including our internal GTM "customers") to generate themes and insights that enable the product teams to make better, more customer centric product decisions
- Be the connective tissue between Product & GTM teams: GTM org is equipped with and understands quarterly, annual product roadmaps, and shared goals. This also includes any driving high priority topic specific deliverables (e.g., AI specific roadmap and target use cases) that enterprise support teams need
- Standardize and scale operating model: Refine and evolve key aspects of our operating model to ensure we are efficient and effective. This includes focusing on how we work and our operations, our organization structure and alignment, and the technology that powers our teams.
- High familiarity with how software products are built (first hand experience preferred but not required)
- Track record of creating efficiencies and optimizing processes, including creating best practice methodologies and other change management programs
- Experience with complex change management processes, requiring close monitoring of progress and compliance with new processes and standards
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills) and the ability to work across complex stakeholder groups
- Comfortable working in an iterative environment, where no single person has the right answer and getting to the an aligned plan can require inputs from multiple stakeholders
- Data driven mindset with deep experience in using data-driven insights to propel change and measure impact
- Obsessed with continuous improvement and defines new possibilities by questioning the status quo; drive to understand both the 'why' and the "so what"
- Collaborative, but not prone to decision paralysis and can make decisions quickly when necessary
- A strong bias for action and accountability coupled with a clear sense of ownership; able to get stuff done in a matrixed organization

- 2+ years at a top consulting firm working with software companies or software related projects, or 2+ years in product operations a high growth, fast paced software company
- Some product management experience, or familiarity with how product managers work is highly preferred

You will be a core part of the product operations team, as a force multiplier for our talented product team. What You'll Do:
The US base salary range for this position is $101,000k - $152,000k + bonus + benefits
