As a Junior Object Manager / Section Manager (m/f/d), we want to develop you into a future leader. Therefore, you will work closely with our Senior Section Management, support with all tasks and make decisions initially after consultation.

LOCATION

Watertown area

WHAT AWAITS YOU IN FULL-TIME

Results-oriented management of assigned objects
Personnel management, technical guidance and deployment planning of employees in the objects on site
Control of, among other things, quality, occupational safety, working hours and documentation of all operational and legal requirements
Contact person for our customers and maintenance of customer contact
Contract management and administrative tasks

WHAT YOU BRING

Training in building cleaning, further training as a business economist (m/f/d) for nutrition and catering management or a comparable education
Several years of professional experience in building cleaning or in a comparable professional sector advantageous, also in personnel management
We are also happy to give career changers a chance to start as a Junior Object Manager (m/f/d) and develop them into future leaders
Very good communication skills and a structured way of working
Good MS Office skills
