Director, Kits and Ancillary Supply Services, Commercial - EMEA

Location:

Main Purpose:

As the Director of Kits and Ancillary Supply Services for the EMEA region, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the business plan to establish Marken as a leader in commercial healthcare services.

This role requires a strong understanding of operational strategies and regulatory requirements in the region.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as the subject matter expert on regional operations and regulatory environment.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement the Kits and Ancillary Supply Business plan for the region, meeting timelines and revenue goals.
Drive innovation and automation for Marken's global commercial kit production line.
Establish regional operational structure, including sourcing, procurement, and operational teams, to support the growing demand for Commercial Kits and Ancillary Supply Services.
Develop a business plan that aligns with market needs and trends.
Work with IT to select technology and define business requirements for kits and ancillary supplies, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Partner with Business Development and Marketing to create a sales and marketing strategy to achieve revenue goals.
Report, analyze, and present key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports internally and externally.
Collaborate closely with global Kit Production teams to meet targets for Commercial Kits and Ancillary Supply Services.
