    We are looking for agents who possess the following attributes:

    • Strong ability to negotiate and facilitate transactions on behalf of clients
    • Goal-oriented, with a focus on personal development

    • Operate with a sense of urgency, focus, and discipline
    • Significant knowledge of local markets
    • Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent in Texas
    • Proven ability to gain trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical-thinking skills and maintaining composure in stressful situations
    • Social, team-oriented, fun-spirited, and pleasant to work with and be around
    • MUST LIVE IN AND HAVE DEEP KNOWLEDGE OF THE HOUSTON METRO AREA

    As an agent at Restaurant Realty Group, your responsibilities will include:

    • Building a listing portfolio by connecting with restaurant and restaurant property owners via face-to-face meetings, email, and telephone
    • Responding efficiently and professionally to commercial inquiries
    • Updating and advising clients on listing developments, offers, and leads
    • Preparing thoughtful analysis of clients' properties, including broker opinions of value (BOV), market comparables, and research
    • Meeting with clients and potential clients to discuss business opportunities
    • Coordinating and facilitating listing appointments
    • Researching local market activity and staying up-to-date on industry trends
    • Prospecting new client relationships and networking with other industry professionals
    • Negotiating exclusive listing agreements, leases, and purchase and sales agreements
    • Professionally drafting and presenting offers and LOIs on behalf of clients

With no ceiling on your income or success, we offer significant earnings potential.

    NOTE: This is a full-time position with a fully commissioned compensation structure, and we expect our agents to earn a six-figure income after 18-24 months. Candidates should have 9-12 months of living expenses saved before applying.
