- Fully manage the entire AP process which can include, verifyinginvoices, purchase orders, and payment requests for accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable aging and take appropriate actions to resolve outstanding balances or disputes.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist others within the department and coordinate with the AP supervisor regarding aging reports, financial statements, and reconciliations.
- Proven experience handling full-cycle AP processes.
- Previous experience using accounting software and ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
