Compensation:

$3,500 monthly + Bonus

Responsibilities:

Some of the daily tasks that you will be responsible for will include:

Adding all incoming leads to our CRM system for effective follow-up
Building a rapport and relationship with recruits while communicating our company values
Marketing through our tools to help build brand awareness

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Great at time management and organization
Experience working with a CRM
Some experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar fields is helpful, but not required
