Job Overview

As a Bilingual PC Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our organization's IT infrastructure.

Your responsibilities will include providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and addressing IT-related inquiries in both English and Spanish to accommodate our multilingual workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving technical inquiries.

Offer timely assistance through various channels (in-person, phone, email, or remote desktop) to employees who require technical help, ensuring prompt issue resolution.

Utilize your bilingual skills to communicate effectively with non-English-speaking employees, addressing their IT concerns and explaining technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and software applications.
Assist in the setup and maintenance of user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operations, address technical challenges, and optimize IT processes.
Document and maintain records of technical issues and their resolutions.
Train end-users on basic computer operations and use of software applications.
Stay updated on the latest technology trends and provide suggestions for improvements and enhancements.

Qualifications

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or relevant coursework are a plus.
Proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different user requirements.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a focus on delivering a positive end-user experience.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Basic understanding of network protocols and configurations is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
Multitasking capabilities and the ability to work under pressure.
