Your responsibilities:
- Maintenance and inspection of our properties and outdoor areas
- Coordination of smooth waste management provision and return of trash containers
- Independent implementation of maintenance measures and minor repairs (e.g. changing light bulbs)
- Independent inspection of building technology
- Coordination of smooth waste management provision and return of trash containers
- Winter service
Requirements:
- Class B driver's license required
- Career changers are welcome

Full-time, part-time, permanent
Working hours: 30 per week
