    **Position Summary:**

    Acuren Inspection has is currently looking for a Rope Access Warehouse/Logistics Manager to work at our La Porte, TX office.

    The Warehouse/Logistics Manager will be responsible for carrying out duties and responsibilities in a safe and timely manner and maintaining organization, compliance, maintenance, inspection, and tracking of a wide range of equipment across numerous work locations.

    **Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**

    Maintaining up to date records for rope access equipment in cloud database.

    Inspecting and re-certifying equipment for safety and compliance before and after each project and on a biannual basis.

    Maintaining a clean organized warehouse with the required access and safeguards in place to maintain compliance.

    Marking serializing new equipment for management and tracking.

    Shipping & receiving of new or used equipment.

    Loading and unloading equipment into vehicles and trailers.

    Coordinating equipment for use on different jobs or at different offices.

    Identifying and suggesting continuous improvement solutions to team members.

    Maintain a running list of active, inactive, quarantined, and retired equipment.

    Generate missing equipment reports.

    Maintain 100% compliance on equipment spot checks.

    **The position requires sound knowledge and understanding in the following areas:**

    Rope access and mechanical equipment inspection and maintenance.

    A full understanding of the IRATA and SPRAT rope access systems expectations and requirements with emphasis on the equipment management program preferred

    Database management

    Equipment management practices, shipping & receiving, scheduling, records management, supply chain management, equipment purchasing, and warehouse management.

    Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Teams, A heavy emphasis and understanding of Excel

    The ability to learn and adapt to new and changing programs and technology

    **Education and Additional Requirements:**

    **High School Diploma or equivalent**

    **Valid Drivers License**

    **Must pass a urine/alcohol drug screen**

    **3+ years in warehouse management preferred**

    **IRATA or SPRAT certification preferred**

    Physically and mentally fit with a strong mechanical aptitude

    Strong work ethic and dependable

    Exceptional safety and quality awareness

    Adaptable to changing schedules with the willingness to travel, including overnight travel.

    Ability to operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment
