    Position Summary:

    The Candidate Fundraising Associate reports to the Deputy Candidate Fundraising Director and is responsible for working directly with targeted House races to track and assist with fundraising efforts.

    This position is part of a collective bargaining unit


    Responsibilities Include:

    • Facilitates day-to-day operations for campaigns and Candidate Fundraising Department.
    • Work directly with candidates, campaign managers, finance directors and consulting teams to develop strong finance plans and call time operations.
    • Manages relationships on DCCC's behalf with Members of Congress and candidates.
    • Collaborates with Call Time Associates to strategize and maximize call time effort with campaigns;
    • Helps develop call time resources for Members of Congress.
    • Facilitates campaign setup and launching of fundraising operations
    • Facilitates weekly administrative reporting projects.
    • Prepares materials for Finance Director training and workshops as necessary.
    • Other duties as needed.
    Requirements


    • Minimum of one (1) cycle of political fundraising experience
    • Experience with NGP required
    • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once
    • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Significant travel required

    • Ability to work with leaders, staff, and members at all levels of organizations

    About the DCCC:


    The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) is the official national Democratic campaign committee charged with electing Democrats to the U.

    S. House of Representatives.

    The DCCC recruits Democratic candidates and supports Democratic campaigns - both challengers and Democratic incumbent Members - with a variety of services including field operations, fundraising support, communications assistance, digital strategy, research support and management consulting.

    In addition, the DCCC's Independent Expenditure supports these campaigns with television, radio, digital, and other voter contact efforts. The DCCC is supported by the contributions of individuals and organizations, along with Democratic Members, from throughout the country.
