    Description

    Job Title: Finance - Accounting - Associate



    As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business transactions and financial data to maintain accurate records of assets, liabilities, profits, tax obligations, and other financial activities.



    WHAT YOU WILL DO
    • Gather, document, and organize financial information from various sources.
    • Analyze business and financial data to determine proper accounting treatment and accurately record outcomes with the support of your team and supervisor.
    • Create reports to document assets, liabilities, profits, losses, tax obligations, and other financial outcomes.
    • Review financial results to ensure precision and provide valuable insights for business decisions.
    • Execute accounting and financial operational processes and maintain related controls.


    QUALIFICATIONS


    Your Background:

    • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Economics.
    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent.
    • Experience in public accounting, consulting, or financial services.
    • Prior experience in operational accounting within a large company environment.
    • Thorough understanding of the monthly closing process.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues promptly and professionally.
    • Strong analytical and communication skills with the capacity to engage and collaborate with colleagues at all organizational levels, including management.
