PAY RANGE:
$150, $180,000.00

General Responsibility:

Heavy Civil Contractor seeking Project Manager with a specific focus on pipeline, water treatment plants, and pump stations.

Significant Duties:

Manage the overall planning, coordination, and execution of heavy civil construction projects, including pipeline installations, water treatment plant construction, and pump station projects.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project stakeholders.
Lead and supervise project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress, identify and address any issues or risks, and implement corrective measures to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with project requirements and obtain necessary approvals.
Review and evaluate project designs, specifications, and contracts, providing technical expertise and recommending improvements or modifications as needed.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, progress, and potential challenges.
Manage project resources, including equipment, materials, and labor, to optimize productivity and costefficiency.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction activities, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and address any onsite issues promptly.
Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, promoting collaboration, resolving conflicts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant amount of experience.
Indepth knowledge of construction methodologies, regulations, and best practices in heavy civil projects.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Solid understanding of project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay:
$150, $200,000.00 per year
