    Senior Project Manager

    Available for the following offices:
    Latin America, Remote

    WebCreek is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager who has at least five years of experience and excellent English communication skills.

    This remote position is based in Latin America.

    More About This Role:
    What You'll Do

    Project planning to include proper scope definition, resource allocations, scheduling and adjustments to meet objectives.
    Overcome technical, cultural, and functional barriers to progress.
    Intervene as needed to correct deviations, deal with complex issues and surface/mitigate conflict.
    Execute significant change events in support of initiatives using problem-solving methodologies, playbooks, change management tools, etc.
    Communicate the overall objectives, project progress, recommended improvements and results to steering teams and leadership teams.
    Improve existing project management tools by incorporating learnings from project assignments.
    Coach less experienced project managers by sharing best practices, techniques and tools.
    What You Have

    5+ years of Project Management experience.
    Experience working with Agile and Waterfall
    Good experience initiating projects from scratch.
    Bachelor's degree in Business or Technical field.
    Good understanding of PMP best practices.
    Organized and exceptional skills for task management.
    Experience with preparation of project proposals.
    Experience tracking cost for Projects is a must.
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    Proven leadership skills.
    Experience working with Project Manager tools
    Fluency in English writing and speaking.
    Nice to have
    PM Certification is a big plus
    Well-versed in portfolio and project management tools (ServiceNow ITBM)
    Knowledgeable in change management tools (ADKAR)
    Experience with SAP is a plus.
