- Provides daily program, analytical, and acquisition management support. Provide detail-oriented management of records, business research analysis, and valuation strategies.
- Facilitate the development and coordination of regular acquisition status review meetings.
- Assist in the creation of acquisition documentation for major program milestones such as Milestone B, C, FRP, etc. in accordance with the DoDD "The Defense Acquisition System".
- Prepare and review acquisition-related program documentation, such as Acquisition Plans, Acquisition Program Baselines, Justification and Approvals (J&A), Source Selection Plans, Determinations & Findings and Acquisition Strategies for approval by the Government.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of an acquisition workflow process using tools such as Microsoft Planner.
- Manage workflow for acquisition requirements using tools such as Microsoft Planner.
- Develop briefings for higher leadership pertaining to Acquisition Milestone requirements.
- Various administrative tasks
- Requires minimum of 15 years of related professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a business related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to follow direction and work within a team.
- Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Possess good communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to obtain and retain a security clearance.
- Regular physical activity to include walking, climbing stairs, and standing; frequent period of prolonged sitting may be required.
- Ability to speak, read, hear, and write, with or without assistance.
- Travel: Less than 5% expected
