full-time at our location in Krauchenwies near Bad Saulgau, Sigmaringen, and Tuttlingen.

Do you have experience in purchasing and dispatching? Are you an organizational talent and able to keep track of multiple tasks at once? Are you a strong communicator and not afraid to pick up the phone to clarify things? YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

You handle the entire operational ordering process, including tracking deadlines
You are responsible for the dispatching of various product groups
You recognize changes in demand and supply shortages and initiate appropriate measures (e.g. coordination with suppliers and internal departments, as well as escalation)
You are responsible for monitoring inventory levels and stock
Communication is key, especially in your role as an important interface between sales, production, warehouse
