- Manage, set up, and sustain handheld devices like PDAs, iPods, and iPads.
- Assess and manage incoming packages, keeping an updated inventory status using a Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Efficiently process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) to maintain a good stock of repaired devices.
- Provide technical assistance in-person, over the phone, or via MS Teams.
- Assist store employees in troubleshooting technical problems.
- Swiftly address incidents and requests concerning handheld devices.
- Prioritize and manage multiple ongoing cases simultaneously.
- Prior experience in IT Support Helpdesk is desirable.
- Familiarity with Microsoft OS W10, MS Office 365 Suite, iOS, and Android OS.
- Need to have access to reliable transportation for potential on-site visits in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Las Vegas.
- Must own a laptop or desktop for work purposes.
- Excellent communication skills in English, knowledge of Spanish is a bonus.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and a customer-oriented approach.
- Capability to work independently, under pressure in a dynamic setting.
