Job Title: Sales Representative / Manufacturing Representative

Location: Wilmington, DE (Remote with office access)

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Drive new business growth while maintaining minimal responsibilities for overseeing current customers.
Utilize existing industry contacts and networks to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in sales within the machining industry.
Established contacts and networks within the manufacturing sector.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a high level of productivity.
Flexibility with working hours to accommodate customer needs and achieve performance targets.
