    Job Description

    We are looking for a Full Assembly (Off-Road Racing Shocks) to join our team. The successful candidate will require the use of hand tools and power tools. Assembler tasks include pulling parts needed to assemble product, pre-assemble mechanical components and perform final assembly, ensuring accuracy and timeliness and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

    The ideal candidate will have experience in Mechanical Assembly and be able to perform other Warehouse Duties. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

    *Please note this is an Industrial / Automotive field company - nothing related with food production. Applicants without mechanical or off-road experience will not be considered.

    Responsibilities:

    • Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures
    • Collect all material and equipment needed to begin the process
    • Take precision measurements to ensure perfect fit of components
    • Select or modify components according to measurements and specifications
    • Align material and put together parts to build more complex units
    • Check output to ensure highest quality
    • Maintain equipment in good condition
    • Keep records of production quantities and time
    • Report on issues, malfunction or defective parts

    Requirements:

    • MUST BE MECHANICALLY INCLINED; automotive background.
    • Perfect attendance, we need someone who is reliable and has perfect attendance
    • MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT, PUSH, and PULL up to 75 pounds.
    • This position requires physical skills and capabilities to perform daily basis duties.
    • Use of various hand tools and power tools.
    • Understand and follow basic verbal and written English instructions

    Experience level:

    • Power tools: 1 year (required)
    • Assembly: 1 year (required)

    Shift: 7:00 am - 4:30 pm (Overtime available depending on production) *Occasional Saturdays (7:00 am - 12:00 pm)*

    *Please note this is an Industrial / Automotive field company - nothing related with food production.
