_ Our Opportunity_
The selected individual will produce components by assembling parts and sub - assemblies. The essential duties will include the following.

Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials
Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements
Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies
Drilling, riveting, csink components in preparation for final assembly operation
Subassembly, fit checking, disassembly, deburring and cleaning of components
Installation of bushings and other parts, using mechanical press and bushing installation tools
Identification of parts per customer requirements
Working with various sealants, cleaning compounds, primers and paints
Verifies specifications by measuring completed component with precision measuring tools
Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations through FOD prevention techniques and lean manufacturing
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
Documents actions by completing production and quality forms
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

_Job Requirements_
Qualified individuals will have at least a GED and 5 years' experience in the above job responsibilities. Experience in reading Aerospace Assembly drawing/CAD-software. Ability to work with minimum supervision.

Must be able to stand for 8 hours in a day/night, lift/carry up to 50 pounds, keen eye-hand coordination, able to be trained and certified as a Forklift & Crane Operator.
