_ Our Opportunity_
The selected individual will produce components by assembling parts and sub - assemblies. The essential duties will include the following.

  • Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials
  • Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements
  • Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies
  • Drilling, riveting, csink components in preparation for final assembly operation
  • Subassembly, fit checking, disassembly, deburring and cleaning of components
  • Installation of bushings and other parts, using mechanical press and bushing installation tools
  • Identification of parts per customer requirements
  • Working with various sealants, cleaning compounds, primers and paints
  • Verifies specifications by measuring completed component with precision measuring tools
  • Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations through FOD prevention techniques and lean manufacturing
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
  • Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
  • Documents actions by completing production and quality forms
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

_Job Requirements_
Qualified individuals will have at least a GED and 5 years' experience in the above job responsibilities. Experience in reading Aerospace Assembly drawing/CAD-software. Ability to work with minimum supervision.


Must be able to stand for 8 hours in a day/night, lift/carry up to 50 pounds, keen eye-hand coordination, able to be trained and certified as a Forklift & Crane Operator.
