    What You'll Do: As a Staff Software Engineer, your role will involve spearheading the design, implementation, and maintenance of advanced machine learning pipelines and workflows. You will collaborate closely with our Data Science Team to deploy, monitor, and update machine learning models effectively. Key responsibilities include:

    • Building and deploying machine learning models, pipelines, and workflows in a production environment.
    • Leading projects of varying scope, from requirement analysis to on-time delivery.
    • Developing scalable data systems to analyze vast volumes of user interactions and advertising data.
    • Setting up and optimizing ETL workflows using Jenkins or Airflow.
    • Troubleshooting and resolving complex business and production issues.
    • Designing and implementing software solutions for targeted advertising and reporting data pipelines.
    • Applying advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to develop innovative measurement products.
    • Utilizing big data scheduling techniques for efficient data processing and analysis.
    • Conducting in-depth data investigations using SQL, Spark, or Hive.

    What You'll Bring:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in software development or machine learning engineering.
    • Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as Java or Scala.
    • Strong background in Hadoop, MapReduce, Spark, Hive, or SQL for large-scale data processing.
    • Experience implementing statistical and machine learning methods for data classification and regression.
    • In-depth understanding of the AdTech industry and its associated technologies.
    • Proven track record in designing and testing ETL operations on large datasets.

    Base Salary Range: $143,000 - $286,000

    Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
