Production SpecialistCOMPANY INTRODUCTION
Bigeye is an audience-focused, creative-driven, full-service advertising agency that crafts deeply compelling brand experiences and the strategies that ensure they reach the right people, in the right place, at the right time.
The Bigeye team of creative directors, copywriters, artists, programmers and account managers works closely with clients to better understand the needs of their consumers and deliver measurable results.
JOB OVERVIEW
Develop comprehensive project timelines for all agency projects, enhancing workflow efficiency and minimizing project durations.
Oversee budgetary aspects of agency projects and generate project budget reports.
Efficiently allocate agency resources by assigning tasks to staff members according to project requirements and resource availability.
Lead daily production meeting with agency staff to review upcoming tasks, deadlines, roadblocks and project risks
Review staff timesheets ensuring all members of the team are tracking hours efficiently and accurately
Liaise between account managers, creative teams, media teams and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure alignment.
Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or roadblocks, implementing solutions as needed.
Support the Operations Manager in collaboration with vendors, contractors, and freelancers to secure necessary resources and services.
The Production Specialist is on the Operations Team and reports to the Operations Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
Possesses strong attention to detail and time management skills, and an ability to balance the priorities and needs of multiple time-sensitive projects.
Is detail oriented, extremely organized, able to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment. Efficient with time management.
Remains open to feedback, willing to learn and grow.
Is a driven, energetic, positive thinker. A collaborative team player who's willing to go above and beyond when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in an advertising agency, marketing agency, or in-house marketing/creative department.
Expertise in project management software, Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
Proofreading and grammar expertise.
