    Description
    The Orlando office of Kubicki Draper is looking for an Associate with at least 1 year of trial experience. Prior background in insurance defense is necessary, especially in bodily injury. Experience in bodily injury cases is highly desirable.

    Your Responsibilities:
    • Draft, review, and respond to important pleadings, motions, and discovery related to bodily injury claims.
    • Participate in hearings, depositions, and mediations.
    • Engage in client meetings and assist in negotiating settlements.
    • Support trial preparation and be present during trials.
    • Show proficiency in Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
    • Adapt and perform well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
    Qualifications:
    • Prior experience in insurance defense litigation, specifically in bodily injury and catastrophic injury, is preferred.
    • Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
    • Strong academic background.
