Great compensation package that is completely tied to your performance. If you like to work hard and be rewarded for your success, this is a perfect opportunity for you. You will be given a salary, plus a percent of the attorney fees for cases you work on. You will also be given a percent of the attorney fees on cases you bring into the firm. As a result, your ability to earn is not capped or limited in any way.

Trial experience is required. You must have first chair experience at trial. Experience working the case up for trial is a must.

This includes drafting pleadings, answering discovery, preparing exhibit and witness lists, motions in limine, expert and trial discovery, taking and defending expert and treating physician depositions, and preparation of trial exhibits.
