    Job Summary

    The Human Resources team is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Benefit Administrator to oversee and manage employee benefits programs. In this critical role, the Administrator will be responsible for communicating with employees, coordinating with benefit providers, and maintaining precise records. The position involves facilitating benefits enrollment, addressing employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Benefit Administrator is pivotal in supporting the overall efficiency of benefits-related processes and contributing to the smooth operation of the organization's benefits programs.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities

    • Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, dental and vision plans, retirement plans, and other ancillary benefits.
    • Collaborate with benefit providers to ensure seamless administration of plans.
    • Coordinate benefits enrollment processes for new hires and existing employees, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
    • Plan and coordinate the annual open enrollment process and ensure a smooth open enrollment experience for employees.
    • Collaborate with HR and benefits providers to update systems, communicate changes, and provide support to employees during the open enrollment period.
    • Develop and distribute benefits-related communications, including open enrollment materials.
    • Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance in resolving benefit-related issues promptly and effectively.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee benefits, including enrollments, terminations, and changes.
    • Generate and analyze reports related to benefits participation, costs, and other relevant metrics.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to ensure the organization's benefits offerings remain competitive.

    Experience and Education

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 3 – 5 years of experience in benefits administration
    • Legally authorized to work the United States

    Required Skills and Abilities

    • Experience working with various benefit providers and managing vendor relationships.
    • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
    • Strong organizational and customer service skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy.
    • Knowledge in using HRIS systems preferably ADP WFN & Workday
