    Job Description

    The Inside Sales Specialist role at Rotork entails preparing quotes to convert inquiries into orders, maintaining day-to-day contact, and offering support to customers.

    Working under the guidance of the Inside Sales & Contracts Supervisor, the individual will assess customer requests for quotation (RFQ), considering technical and commercial specifications, and identifying the most cost-effective and suitable engineered product for the application.

    This role provides an opportunity to collaborate with various teams (Sales, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Management) to analyze projects, develop strategies before quoting, and after receiving orders.

    Qualifications

    Experience Requirements:

    • Foundational Engineering or Technical understanding.
    • Experience in utilizing ERP and CRM Systems.
    • Demonstrated Customer Service proficiency with a minimum of 3 years in a relevant role or industry.
    • Skills in data analysis and utilizing analytics for sales strategy enhancement.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office; adept at swiftly learning and utilizing business software and internal tools.

    The Ideal Candidate:

    • Self-motivated individual capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
    • Skilled in regular customer interaction, showcasing a high level of Customer Service.
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and meticulous with a strong focus on accuracy.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a busy workload in a fast-paced setting.
