    Description

    Job Title: Full-time English and Spanish-Speaking Home Visitors

    • Provide in-home health and parenting support services
    • Work with at-risk pregnant women or women with children and their families
    • Demonstrate initiative, dependability, and ability to work independently
    • Continually assess client needs and adjust services accordingly
    • Ability to communicate with sensitivity and flexibility to diverse clients
    • Participate in agency events and provide culturally competent service delivery
    • Must have own vehicle and valid driver's license
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Salary commensurate with experience and references
