From industrial plants, research centers, hospitals, office buildings, and universities to the Elbphilharmonie or Antarctic station: The over 300 engineers of the M&P Group are responsible for innovative energy systems, state-of-the-art building technology, and innovative building digitization.

In the engineering field, our teams of engineers develop cutting-edge design solutions for energy and building technology in all relevant industries and institutions. Our engineers work in interdisciplinary teams of building services engineers, electrical engineers, automation engineers, and BIM designers, equipped with the latest tools for renowned clients from Germany and abroad. Our planning results are characterized by high conceptual quality, optimal energy efficiency, and state-of-the-art digitization from design to construction implementation.

The field of building automation has been established as an independent service area and competence center for 30 years. Currently, the department consists of over 27 employees at 4 locations. We are currently planning two new additional locations. The team is exclusively involved in conceptual and planning work in the field of building automation. In addition, all engineering departments have extensive expertise in building automation. Our main areas of activity:

  • Building digitization
  • Evaluating, linking, and designing systems

To strengthen this team, we are currently looking for Building Automation/Digitalization Technicians (m/f/d) for our new locations in Berlin and Pader
