    We are seeking a Director Business Development to join our team You will supervise and coordinate all activities of the sales team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the daily sales operations
    • Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
    • Establish sales goals and metrics
    • Train and evaluate employees
    • Resolve escalated customer complaints
    • Work with HR to recruit top-tier talent

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
    • Strong leadership qualities
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Excellent written and communication skills
    • Lives and models the company's Core Values.
    • Familiarity with ERP/CRM platforms or related software
    • Team Leadership: Recognizes skills and abilities on team to maximize team performance, to entrust employees with challenging/meaningful work, to know where to coach and develop employees, and to identify gaps and the talent needed for the team to perform to objectives. Organizes and plans work to communicate clear goals, roles and responsibilities, expectations, and manages change as it comes to drive quick adoption and engagement with new goals, responsibilities, etc.​​​​​​

    Education And Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or equivalent experience required.
    • 7 + years of progressively successful sales leadership experience required.
