- Conduct audits of manufacturing activities
- Identify and resolve quality issues during inspections
- Work with production to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Inspect incoming materials and components
- Set up and use measuring tools and gauges
- Maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- At least 3 years of experience in a quality role in manufacturing (a bonus if you have Injection molding experience)
- Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to read and interpret procedures and technical documents
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 a plus
- Computer skills including Outlook and experience with MRP systems (E2 a plus)
