For 70 years, we have been providing mobility with the brands Audi, Volkswagen, SEAT, CUPRA, ŠKODA, and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles NRW.

For our continued growth, we are looking for a Deputy Head (m/f/d) of Facility Management in Graysville, IN.

Your responsibilities:

Creation of overall cost estimates and construction schedules for building projects
Negotiation of contracts with external companies and service providers
Invoice verification and approvals
Planning and implementation of energy optimization measures
Work planning and management of internal technical employees
Communication with the construction advisory of the car manufacturers

Your profile:

You have completed training or a degree in Facility Management, Building Technology, or a similar field
Ideally, you have further training as a master craftsman, technician, or engineer (m/f/d)
You have indepth knowledge in the areas of building technology, energy management, and maintenance and have experience in a managerial role in facility management
You have knowledge of VOB (Procurement and Contract Regulations) as well as knowledge of fire prevention
You have experience in rental contracts and ancillary costs
