Job Summary:

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assess and monitor the condition of critically ill patients in the ICU
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor vital signs and respond to any changes in patient status
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
Educate patients and their families on their conditions and treatment options
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
Adhere to hospital policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment

Qualifications and Skills:

Valid RN license and BLS certification
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting
Strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and highstress environment
BSN preferred
ACLS and CCRN certifications a plus
