For our client, one of the top providers of personnel services, we are looking for a branch team m/f/d based in Newark, DE.


consisting of:


  • Branch Manager m/f/d
  • Sales/Staffing Consultants m/f/d
  • Team Assistant m/f/d
for permanent employment.


Responsibilities:

  • Joint development and expansion of a branch
  • Utilizing your experience and skills to develop the branch in the long term
  • Fair and collaborative cooperation with employers and employees
  • Disciplinary management of the existing branch
  • Budget and revenue responsibility
  • Maintaining customer, applicant, and employee databases
  • Ensuring internal quality standards and guidelines
  • Monitoring and optimizing internal workflows

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in personnel services and active sales
  • High level of commitment and enjoyment in the work
  • Strong social and communication skills
