Responsibilities

  • Management and overall growth of country performance across all channels (e.g. influencer marketing, CRM, SEO, SEA, etc.)
  • Leadership and development of the team
  • Development of new strategies for growth and brand development in DACH
  • Strategic alignment and development of influencer marketing strategy for your market
  • Critical analysis of performance data, derivation of action plans, and creation of reports
  • Responsibility and allocation of influencer marketing budget for your market
  • Planning collaborations, building close relationships with leading influencers in DACH, and responsibility for maintaining and expanding influencer relations as well as managing the existing pipeline
  • Responsibility for projects (e.g. organizing exclusive events)
  • Development of creative concepts for influencer marketing campaigns and support for further company development to increase brand awareness

Qualifications

  • You have several years of experience in influencer and/or social media marketing and have first leadership experience
  • Experience in marketing communication, campaign development, implementation, and execution
  • You have a structured and analytical way of working and an eye for detail
  • Comprehensive experience with budget responsibility in influencer marketing on Instagram
