Together with the sales team, you will make a significant contribution to ensuring high customer satisfaction and a profitable and effective market approach.


This will involve the following tasks:

  • Acquiring new customers through active telemarketing
  • Scheduling appointments for the sales team
  • Creating sales offers, order confirmations, and framework and service contracts
  • Managing existing customers in the French- and German-speaking regions of Switzerland
  • Recording and maintaining customer data in the CRM system
  • Entering and supervising activities in the CRM (leads, sales opportunities, visit reports, etc.)
  • Assisting with the preparation of bids
  • Compiling sales figures/statistics for management
  • Supporting and deputizing in the area of sales support as well as training.
