Job Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR matters for designated clients and leaders
  • Provide support and maintain close communication with designated leaders and strategic partners
  • Review, discuss, and offer guidance on Employment Law, HR Policies, HR Processes, etc.
  • Develop People & Culture projects to engage and motivate all members within the unit and on a European level
  • Implement employment policies and procedures that align with business needs
  • Offer expertise in performance and talent management to ensure a highquality workforce
  • Support the HR Director and HR colleagues in DACH on departmental initiatives and projects
  • Utilize HR expertise to guide and advise as a trusted change manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field
  • Extensive international HR experience, particularly in HR policies
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problemsolving skills with a handson approach
  • Ability to work across multiple functions in a dynamic matrix environment
  • Responsive with excellent interpersonal and relationshipbuilding abilities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English (knowledge of French and Italian is a plus)
  • Experience in managing and analyzing HR metrics to develop short, medium, and longterm plans
