Your tasks:


  • Complete processing of incoming LCL and FCL shipments
  • Customs clearance using ATLAS
  • Followup organization and commissioning of transport companies for timely delivery to the customer
  • Processing of complaints
  • Preparation of invoices
  • Coordination and communication with agents, shipping companies, transport service providers, customers, and port operators

Your profile:


  • You have completed training as a freight forwarder and have gained initial professional experience in the field of sea freight import. You possess excellent communication and organizational skills. You are also resilient and always work with a customeroriented approach. Working in a team brings you joy. Furthermore, you have good English skills both written and spoken and are proficient in using common MS Office applications.
