We are looking for you (m/f/d) as an
Area Manager (m/f/d) for parking management in the Frankfurt area.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and overseeing assigned properties in the designated area, responsible for revenue, cost, and quality management
Developing and optimizing operational processes in coordination with the regional management
Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations towards our partners
Planning routes for the designated area, including cost and revenue optimization
Creating staffing plans and schedules for routes, taking on disciplinary and professional leadership of operational employees in the assigned area
Reporting key performance indicators and plans to the regional management
Proactively and solutionoriented communication with our inspectors, customers, and service providers

Your qualifications:

Completed commercial/technical education or a university degree
