- Pre-screening inbound candidates
- Entering candidate information into system, and validating qualifications for the job
- Managing multiple calendars and applications at once
- Ensuring all associates have completed onboarding documents.
- Sending out recruiting marketing via texts and emails
- Complete new hire onboarding
- Oversee screenings, including criminal background search and drug testing
- 1 year of experience of customer service experience via phone or in person
- Solid knowledge of MS office, Word, Excel
- High energy and a positive personality
- $18.00 per hour
- M-F, 8am – 5pm
