    Job Summary:
    The Full-Time Restaurant Server is expected to deliver prompt, courteous service with a focus on guest satisfaction.

    They are tasked with promoting specials and upselling.

    Duties:
    Utilize opening/closing checklist as per guidelines.

    Greet guests, take drink orders, relay orders to the bartender, process orders, serve guests, and handle payments.

    Know the appropriate garnishes for each beverage.
    Handle credit card and room charges.
    Clean tables after guests depart, return glassware for washing.
    Maintain cleanliness in the lounge area and ensure it is free from debris consistently.
    Adhere to cash handling policies and compile closing reports for night audits.
    Complete assigned side work duties as scheduled.
    Familiarity with state liquor regulations.
    Proficiency in utilizing the computer system.
    Assist the bartender in preparing drinks when necessary.
    Support the bartender with cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres setup and breakdown.
    Ensure overall guest contentment.

    Requirements:
    High school diploma or equivalent, with experience in the hospitality or related industry being advantageous.
    Must meet the legal age requirement for serving alcohol, in compliance with local laws.
    Occasional requirement for flexible and extended hours.

    Tasks may involve light exertion with occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds, or frequent and constant lifting of 10 pounds to move objects.

    Ability to remain standing throughout the shift.

    Effective verbal and written communication skills with all levels of staff and guests, in an attentive, amicable, polite, and service-oriented manner.

    Proficient in attentive listening, understanding, and addressing concerns raised by staff and guests.
    Approach all interactions with guests and staff in a considerate, friendly, courteous, and service-driven manner.
    Capable of resolving issues efficiently, including proactively anticipating, identifying, and resolving problems as needed.
