About Bradley Farrow:

I am an experienced fine dining food server with a variety of different types of restaurants. I am most familiar with hotel setting, in everything from steakhouses to coastal Italian and Louisiana cuisine. I am very passionate about hospitality and I enjoy being part of memory making for my guests.

Experience

I have been in food and beverage my entire work life. I have had the honor to work with well known brands including Westin Hotels, Caesars Palace Las Vegas, Wynn Resort Las Vegas, Commanders Palace, and Ralph Brennan restaurant group. I have a professional understanding of cooking techniques, wine and adult beverage service. And I feel that I have a strong understanding of service standards and how to implement them in my dealings with my guests and my colleagues.

Education

High school graduate, Culinary Arts student, Management training program with Ralph Brennan restaurant group, and various food and wine and spirit training throughout my career.
