About the Department

We are currently seeking a student to join our "Business Procurement Radar & Naval" department at our Ulm location. This role will provide support to the department and is available immediately.

The Business Procurement Radar & Naval department is responsible for all procurement-related matters within the division. This includes monitoring the supplier market, negotiating prices, and ensuring supplier delivery and quality. The department also plays a key role in supporting development projects.

Your Responsibilities

Assisting with maintaining price information in SAP and project material lists
Supporting the procurement process by obtaining quotes
Collaborating on consolidating material lists, including prices
Assisting with obsolescence management

Your Profile

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of SAP is advantageous
Fluent in German and English
