- 7+ years of business development or sales experience, with a track record of successful partnerships
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master's Degree preferred
- Prolonged periods of computer work and sitting

The Director of Business Development for Alliance Partnerships at OM1 plays a crucial role in fostering alliances with professional organizations and channel partners. This position blends strategic leadership with hands-on business development efforts to drive organizational growth.
What You'll Do at OM1
Understand your partners' strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities to support client engagement and promote sales expansion. Collaborate with internal teams to drive new business opportunities across target markets.
Plan and support indirect sales activities, analyze opportunities, and develop sales strategies for each partnership. Build strong, long-term relationships with key partner personnel and actively network in the industry to identify potential opportunities.
