Take advantage of this opportunity and gain valuable practical experience in an internationally operating industrial corporation as a working student in our Talent Acquisition team.

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks in our day-to-day business and will be an integral part of our team, giving you a valuable behind-the-scenes look.

Your tasks:

You will support the applicant management of different business areas, such as posting job openings on various job portals, preselecting applications
Communication with applicants and internal interfaces (e.g. HR, Marketing)
You will assist recruiters in preselecting candidates, conducting initial interviews, and actively searching for candidates
You may also take on your own projects, such as preparing for career fairs

Your profile:

You are currently enrolled at a university, ideally in the field of business administration, psychology, business education, or a related field
You are interested in topics such as HR, recruiting, and general economic contexts
You have excellent MS Office skills
You have a good command of German; good English skills are an advantage
