    Company Description

    Intercare Therapy provides evidence-based behavioral therapies that help children overcome challenges related to autism spectrum disorders. Our mission is to optimize the independence and quality of life of our clients and their families. We strive to be the preferred service provider and referral partner to our funding sources as well as the employer of choice for behavior analysts in search of a long-term professional home.

    • Training: developing and conducting clinical training programs for the clinical team, train-the-trainer model allowing for further development of both clinical and staff management skills
    • Clinical Compliance: setting clinical compliance and treatment integrity standards and ensuring their proper execution and enforcement by improving oversight systems and protocols
    • Entrepreneurial/Organizational Development: Leadership opportunities to launch new contracts, service lines in existing markets, or service locations in new regions
    • Research: Participating in research projects and related professional presentations, paid attendance and research presentation at conferences, regular peer review with a BCBA-D

    Service Areas:

    Huntington Park, South Gate, Lynwood, Commerce, Boyle Heights, and surrounding areas

    Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

    Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 - Full time, based upon experience

    This position may require the candidate be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 in accordance with all vaccination requirements set forth by Intercare funding sources and pursuant to any guidelines from the California Department of Health.

    • Job Skills:

    • Strong ABA and clinical skills
    • Self-disciplined: Clear language, accurate grammar and spelling
    • Excellent time management skills: Understands how to allocate working day between billable hours and non-billable hours, onsite (direct) and in-office (indirect) supervision hours
    • Excellent interpersonal skills: Aligned with organizational practices, and working in service to client families and colleagues, regardless of their position
    • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
    • Bilingual skills valued, Spanish preferred
