About the Role:

We are seeking a Network Administrator (f/m/d) to join our IT team at Gore Fabrics in Ocean Ridge, FL. As a Network Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's computer networks. This includes ensuring seamless connectivity, optimal performance, and security. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to network management.

Responsibilities:

Design, plan, and implement computer networks, including local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs)
Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices to meet organizational needs
Perform regular maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and configurations
Troubleshoot and resolve networkrelated issues, including connectivity problems, performance bottlenecks, and security incidents
Ensure compliance with security policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and procedures

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field OR a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Network Administrator or in a similar role
Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud networking
Ability to adapt to changing conditions and a track record of delivering outstanding results in challenging situations
