Your role description:

Greeting and assisting guests throughout their entire visit according to UCI standards
Providing serviceoriented advice and sales of UCI products and offers at the refreshment counter and sales stands
Supporting service staff for a smooth daily operation
Creating a positive work atmosphere and motivating team members
Contributing to and actively participating in cinema goals set by the theater management, based on overall company objectives
Setting an example as a host and being a visible point of contact for guests and team members
Actively promoting company culture together with the support office and your cinema team
Monitoring and adhering to company standards and work processes
Assisting the theater manager with all operational and administrative tasks
Ensuring a smooth projection process and being able to handle small
