    As a Retail Sales Associate, your primary goal is to ensure every customer has a fantastic shopping experience. From welcoming customers to assisting both new and experienced riders in finding the best gear and apparel for their adventures, you play a crucial role in shaping their riding journeys. If you're patient, enthusiastic about riding, and eager to positively impact riders of all kinds, this role is perfect for you.

    Qualifications for the Role

    • Prior experience in face-to-face retail.
    • A proactive mindset dedicated to delivering exceptional retail experiences.
    • Keen interest in learning and becoming part of the riding community.
    • Proficiency with computers and POS systems.
    • Previous motorcycle riding experience, knowledge, or enthusiasm.
