    Job Description

    We are looking for a remote Inbound/Outbound Sales Representative for a salaried position (not commissioned), working 9 AM to 5 PM PST Monday through Friday. We are seeking a TEAM PLAYER - OUTBOUND HUNTER MENTALITY - CLOSER to become a valuable part of our dynamic sales team. This individual enjoys engaging in phone conversations, providing exceptional customer service, and possesses the ability to understand the needs of our leads and how our cutting-edge software can benefit them in growing their business.

    This Sales role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a thriving company dedicated to assisting licensed real estate agents in reaching their professional and financial goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Make outbound calls with the goal of closing sales
    • Handle inbound calls and address inquiries
    • Maintain consistent communication with leads throughout the sales cycle
    • Seal deals by establishing relationships with potential clients, addressing their queries, and overcoming objections
    • Contribute to the positive, curious, and dynamic atmosphere within the sales team
    • Record and maintain customer interactions accurately
    • Achieve or surpass weekly and monthly sales targets
    • Adhere to company sales language and content guidelines provided in meetings, assessments, and organizational resources

    Qualifications:

    • Exceptional communication skills – spoken, attentive, and written
    • 2+ years of prior experience in Outbound Sales with a proven track record of successful closures
    • Optimistic, driven, enthusiastic, and focused on solutions
    • Capability to grasp new ideas swiftly
    • Ability to swiftly acquire knowledge about our platform, our target audience, and our industry
    • Proficient computer skills are essential, familiarity with online chat or Salesforce is advantageous
    • Reliable Internet access is ESSENTIAL
    • Background in Real Estate is a bonus
