We are looking for you for our store in Hamburg

Your responsibilities

Representing the store and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of your sales area
Active participation in sales and ensuring competent and professional customer advice
Achieving planned sales goals and sales strategies
Developing and retaining a highly motivated and dedicated team through your leadership skills
Close collaboration with our store management and representing them in their absence
Participation in promotions and marketing activities in the store

Your profile

Relevant work experience in retail, ideally with initial personnel management responsibility
Successfully completed training as a retail salesperson or comparable qualification
Strong goal and resultsoriented work style
High level of responsibility, initiative, organizational talent, assertiveness, and flexibility
Fashion sense and knowledge of what is "in demand and trendy"
Good German and English skills,
