What the position entails:


  • Leading the international sales division
  • Development and expansion of the sales business area (market analysis, gotomarket strategy, market penetration, etc.)
  • Building and maintaining customer and business partner relationships
  • Strategic customer planning, acquisition of new business partners, creating new revenue opportunities
  • Revenue planning in coordination with the management team
  • Companywide coordination of processes, systems, and structures
  • Managing the international sales team, delegating regional sales responsibilities
  • Occasional support and consultation for major clients and distributors
  • Occasional negotiation of prices and contracts with clients, if necessary in coordination with the management team
  • Project management in collaboration with project, product, and sales management

What you bring:


  • Relevant leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of the market and industry
  • Successfully completed degree in business engineering/ business administration or equivalent qualification
  • Proficiency in MS Office & Camos
  • Strong negotiation skills and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Confident demeanor and presentation skills
  • Discretion
  • Communication skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Excellent English skills
