Description
What the position entails:
- Leading the international sales division
- Development and expansion of the sales business area (market analysis, gotomarket strategy, market penetration, etc.)
- Building and maintaining customer and business partner relationships
- Strategic customer planning, acquisition of new business partners, creating new revenue opportunities
- Revenue planning in coordination with the management team
- Companywide coordination of processes, systems, and structures
- Managing the international sales team, delegating regional sales responsibilities
- Occasional support and consultation for major clients and distributors
- Occasional negotiation of prices and contracts with clients, if necessary in coordination with the management team
- Project management in collaboration with project, product, and sales management
What you bring:
- Relevant leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of the market and industry
- Successfully completed degree in business engineering/ business administration or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in MS Office & Camos
- Strong negotiation skills and entrepreneurial mindset
- Confident demeanor and presentation skills
- Discretion
- Communication skills
- Willingness to travel
- Excellent English skills
